==================== GARLIC BUTTER BRUSSELS SPROUTS COOK TIME: 30 to 45 minutes surge@doubleincision.com ==================== nothing fancy here, just hella crispy, buttery sproutz. my husband eats these like a rabid animal. +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ { INGREDIENTS } - 2 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter - 2 tbsp olive oil - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp salt {DIRECTIONS} 1. preheat oven to 475 F. 2. trim the stem from each sprout and cut in half. place in a large bowl. 3. add butter, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl. toss to thoroughly coat all of the sprouts. 4. place the sprouts on an ungreased baking sheet. spread them out in a single layer, don't pile them on top of each other! 5. bake for 25 to 40 minutes, to your preferred level of crispiness. baking until the leaves start to turn black will give you sprouts that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
